  Very poor CS service. I am after a 28cm De Buyer frypan. After I paid, there is no response, no reply for the availability and pick up arrangement. I email and called multiple times to push for the pickup. They stated on their website and google the showroom close at 5 pm on a weekday. I arrived at 4:10 pm and I can't find the entrance to the showroom. So I called the sales manager Bernice and she told me the showroom close at 4 pm. I was fuming because I had to drive almost 1hour to their place. In the end, Bernice brings the frypan down to the entrance without any apology.
  
  I do not recommend doing business with them. They neglect the most important part of a business, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never ever purchase from them again.

  Your company sent me plastic containers which were improperly packaged, no packing foam or padding. One of the contains has been damaged and cannot be used.
  
  I sent an email in response asking for some assistance and no response for 2 x months!
  
  - Bad customer service
  - Poorly shipped and packed goods
  
  Keen to get this resolved...

  We bought a grill from Alpha catering. I definitely told them it is a natural gas grill ..and also told them to ring me 15 mins prior to delivery .Un fortunately the grill was delivered on UPLG..now I tried to ring back to tell them their mistake.so they told me it’s going to be fixed in Forty eight hrs.
  Obviously after 48 hrs nobody took contact with me..the next day I rang and they told me it’s being sorted out.and they knew I needed it urgently.so at 4o’clock I got an email that it’s being despatched.after one week still hasn’t reached its destination.
  Rang them today nobody is picking my phone .now they tried to pass it on to the store manager from a third company..but by that time 2nd stuff up was delivery address was wrongly written on the post code.then they tried to redeliver to our office which the delivery driver didn’t deliver.I don’t know who told them to deliver there.I am risking my job now .I really want to cry mow the state I’m in.really get your money elsewhere .shame shame shame

  Have been dealing with these guys for over a year now and let me tell you, they're on point. Honest and deliver on their promises. My point of contact is Matthew Cambridge and he is amazing. doesn't matter what time it is takes my calls and always willing to help. Thanks legend. Matt you deserve more than 5 stars mate

  Would not recommend this company if you are looking for good customer service. I purchased a beautiful crockery set but one plate was different to all of the others and had rough edges like sandpaper. I contacted the company and they initially fobbed me off. When I persisted they were not timely with their responses and think it is appropriate to charge a delivery fee of $30 to swap a plate that cost $28. When I pay top dollar for expensive crockery, id expect better customer service. I also offered to purchase some other plates and asked them to include the new plate in that delivery, but they werent open to accommodating my request. It should not cost the customer when products are faulty or not as described as per the website. I asked them to call me and they are now non responsive.
